As many as nine nominees were on the potential nominee list for White House press secretary as of last week. Rumors had t that Stephanie Grisham, Melania Trump’s spokeswoman. was among the front runners. Those rumors turned out to be true as Ms. Grisham has just been announced as the replacement for Sarah Sanders old position.
Grisham will also hold the title of communications director. The announcement was made by Mrs. Trump through Twitter.

Grisham will accompany the President on his trip to Japan and Korea this week as one of her first official assignments.
