A new court filing brought by nine alleged victims of convicted pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, include a Florida woman who would have been 11 years old at the time she was molested by Epstein. The lawsuit, which was filed in a Manhattan court alleges that Epstein sexually abused the victims repeatedly between 1978 and 2004. The claims date Epstein’s crimes far earlier than any other known instances of abuse.

According to the Daily Beast:

Five of the women in the lawsuit claim they were underage when they were abused, including a Tennessee woman who says she was 13 when the financier raped her multiple times. The other four women in the lawsuit were over 18. They were part of a “massive sex trafficking network” run by Epstein for him and his wealthy and powerful friends, it claims.

(Warning: Graphic details) The victims allege that they were forced into multiple instances of abuse which included rape, sexual assault, abuse, battery, digital penetration, and oral sex.

The women allege the various acts occurred in a variety of locations including New York, Florida, New Mexico, California, and the United States Virgin Islands, and South Carolina, which has never before been mentioned in a case against Epstein.

At the time of the earliest of the new allegations, Epstein would have been 25 and working on Wall Street, as well as teaching at Dalton, a Manhattan prep school.

The victims were able to file the lawsuit because of New York’s Child Victims Act, which give people who were abused as children the right to bring claims against their alleged perpetrators regardless of the statute of limitations. The suit does not explain how the women met Epstein, nor how they came together to file the joint lawsuit.
