Proud Boys Hold Rallies To Defend America in Portland And Philadelphia (VIDEO)

The Proud Boys say they’ve already won, by having Portland lawmakers call a state of emergency after 120 days of riots from Antifa. But, they’re meeting anyway to hold a rally to defend America, express their rights to freedom of speech and to honor all those who’ve lost their lives since Antifa/BLM riots began four months ago.
