Pennsylvania’s legislature will begin the process to reclaim it’s power under the Constitution to appoint the state’s electors to the Electoral College. According to Senator Doug Mastriano, who organized and led Wednesday’s hearing for witnesses of election fraud made the announcement during an interview on Steve Bannon’ Political Warroom podcast.
Mastriano told Bannon, that Wednesday’s hearing of witnesses were stellar and that the main stream media, had they any journalistic integrity, would have looked for these witnesses to interview themselves.
They only have intellectual curiosity when it advances their political advantage.
Mastriano believes a compelling case was made and that those listening to the hearings were shocked at the depth of fraud and how much real evidence their is to substantiate the claims. He states that those who spoke at the hearing were just the ‘tip of the iceberg’ and there are many other witnesses that have come forward to testify of their experiences during the 2020 election.
He said that the next step is to ‘grap back’ the legislature’s constitutional authority in the state. He stated that if an election is fair, it makes sense that the candidate who wins the popular vote in the state wins the delegates for that state.
If the election is not fair, will I actually hand that power of selecting delegates to the same person who cheated, the same party that cheated. Absolutely, not!
He explained that because the legislature has the constitutional power to choose delegates and take that power away from the Secretary of State, they plan to bring a resolution to “take that power back and seat the electors.”
Mastriano said they are already working on drafting the resolution and hope to present it some time today. He implied that the road would not be easy and that they would need the support of their colleagues in the State House and Senate, which is majority Republican.
We’re going to hear the palpitations and the outcry of our Governor Wolf and Secretary Boockvar … but we have that power and we’re going to take that power back because there’s so much evidence of shenanigans and fraud, we can’t stand aside and just watch this unfold around us…
It is clear that the Trump campaign legal team has made it’s case and shown enough evidence of voter fraud to warrant concern. The PA State legislature would represent the first swing state to take this action, leaving Trump closer to an electoral victory.
