Georgia Stalls Hearing Over Forensic Inspection of Ballots

The Fulton County authorities are obstructing justice once again by canceling a hearing to determine whether ballots from the November 3rd elections should be forensically analyzed. The 11 a.m. meeting was approved by the Georgia Senate subcommittee charged with conducting the investigation into election fraud allegations in the state. After hearing testimony from Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, they voted to inspect mail-in ballots scanned at the State Farm Arena the night of November 3rd. As most readers have seen, that is when a group of poll workers dismissed the poll watchers and press due to a non-existent water main break, only to continue scanning secretly-placed ballots for another 4 hours.

The court set to hold the hearing decided last minute to transfer the case to a Judicial Circuit in a different county. They cited that the circuit court is ‘election centered’ and can more appropriately handle the hearing.

This situation is breaking and will be updated as information becomes available.
