Lawfare Against Immigration Patriots

Above is a video describing the New York AG’s office lawfare against VDare in an effort to shut down patriotic immigration enthusiasts.

Our enemies are shallow, unfortunately, so too are some of our allies. (This is an article in two parts. The first part focusing on why our enemies on the left view us as bad and worthy of extralegal methods to shut us up, and the second part in just exactly how they set afoot doing it).

In the aftermath of World War II, the worst thing anyone could be was a Nazi. Who did the Nazis idolize? The tall blond “Master race” Ubermensch. Ironically, very few of the head Nazis themselves looked like that. So, when it came time to villainize the Nazis, the easiest way to do that was to go after blond men. I grew up on teen movies where the antagonists more often than not seemed to be blond boys. In “Better Off Dead”, “Karate Kid”, “Back to the Future”, “Revenge of the Nerds” (where I think bad guy Ted McGinley dyed his hair blonder for the role), and other teen movies of the 80s, the blond guy was almost always the bad guy.

If you actually look at what led to World War II, it was not because Hitler started baby farms to produce little blond babies, lebensborn. As I explained to one colleague years ago, it wasn’t like Winston Churchill and Edouard Daladier heard that Germany was breeding children and yelled, “ATTACK!!!” By then, Germany had taken over Austria, and Czechoslovakia. He was saber rattling for more. Afterwards, he went into Poland, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Yugoslavia, the Soviet Union, Greece, and towards the end of the war Italy too. Ironically, the Aryan loving Hitler was allied with the Japanese and a rather non-Aryan looking Mussolini.

As for the holocaust, most Americans didn’t know anything about it. The G.I.s were often shocked when they liberated concentration camps. This was certainly not the reason the troops were given for fighting the war, although, many felt that it was very justifiable to do so after finding out. Eisenhower himself did not expect it. After Ike visited the Ohrdruf concentration camp, he wrote home to his wife, ““I never dreamed that such cruelty, bestiality, and savagery could really exist in this world.” And later, “We are told that the American soldier does not know what he is fighting for. Now, at least, he will know what he is fighting against.”

So, you see, Eisenhower was one of the good guys. He believed our fight in Europe was so noble and good that he called his book on it, “Crusade In Europe” because he saw it as a religious fight against evil.

But that was then, now, the left remembers Eisenhower as the President who launched Operation Wetback and went full Nazi in his own right. Why didn’t Eisenhower learn the lesson that the shallow left did from World War II? White people bad, non-whites good! (In an online discussion, I asked a libtard if Eisenhower was a Nazi for launching Operation Wetback and got a non-denial response along the lines of “If the shoe fits”).

Eisenhower had nothing on Winston Churchill though. Churchill had England standing alone fighting the Nazi Juggernaut at one point. Why in the world did he do that? There’s a whole Wikipedia page dedicated to just Winston’s racial views.

How in the world did this clear Nazi, Churchill, fight other Nazis? If you look at it only through the liberal lesson from WWII (white people bad), then it doesn’t make sense. It turns out it is more complex than that as illustrated here. I happen to believe Pat Buchanan was at least partially correct when he said that World War II was preventable in his book Churchill, Hitler, and “The Unnecessary War”: How Britain Lost Its Empire and the West Lost the World. After the war and as immigration increased into the UK, Churchill proposed a slogan against immigration, “Keep England White“.

After World War II came the Civil Rights movement. Once again, cast as history’s villains were whites. It was easy to see, white people had all the nice neighborhoods and all the nice schools. They must have cheated by having the best real estate agents and buying up all the Magic Dirt.

As I previously wrote in a VDare article, in the book The White Nile by Alan Moorehead, he tells of husband and wife explorers Sir Samuel and Florence Baker. They travelled about Africa often witnessing atrocities committed by African chiefs against their subjects. One of the African chiefs tells them, “Most people are bad. If they are strong, they take from the weak. The good people are all weak; they are good because they are not strong enough to be bad.” (Pg. 98). This led me to the conclusion that just because you are weak does not make you good and, likewise, just because you are strong does not make you bad. However, I do not believe that groups like the ADL realize this. Theirs is a shallow view that because a Mexican peasant is poor, he must somehow be noble. They should look at the homicide rate in Mexico which is nearly triple ours. It is tempting to see the underdog as good and the overdog(?) as bad, but life isn’t that simple. Strangely, Dennis Prager came to the same conclusion as I did. (I thought he may have read my article, but it turns out his video came out a few months before my VDare article).

It’s easy to see why if you believe that strong=bad and weak=good that you would then believe white people to be bad. After all, white people did invent the modern world. Here is an article from Unz in which the author, with the help of Grok AI, lays out the case that “White European Men Are Responsible for Almost All the Greatest Human Accomplishments“. The printing press, electricity, television, vaccination, computers, photography, nuclear energy, the steam engine etc… Practically everything is a white invention. Hence, it is no surprise that white people wound up travelling the globe and conquering other people. If you only associate being weak with good, then all the peoples being colonized by white people were good, and white people were evilly bringing them roads, schools, sewers, electricity, medicine etc…

Now, the whole reason I wrote the above is to explain the different world view that many liberals have as opposed to immigration restrictionists like VDare. I would add one thing though, white fragility. Between being on top of the world as far as making modern civilization, we also have the weakest genes. I fully believe mankind started in Africa. The different races came about due to surviving in different environments whether colder or hotter, windy, dry, high elevation, etc… White genes are recessive. The most dominant genes are those of black people since that is where mankind originated. If you mix white people with almost any other race, they will have the traits of that other race. Barak Obama looks more black than white. Bruce Lee had at least one white grandparent. You could have fooled me that he had any at all. If you are a shallow leftist who sees the strong as bad and therefore white people bad (the most important lesson of WWII), then you would encourage race mixing, as it seems to be in all the TV ads these days. (Even the brain dead Joe Biden noticed that). Why, if I were a right wing conspiracy theorist, I might believe this is part of the Kalergi Plan. “The man of the future will be of mixed race. Today’s races and classes^[a] will gradually disappear owing to the vanishing of space, time, and prejudice. The Eurasian-Negroid race of the future, similar in its appearance to the Ancient Egyptians, will replace the diversity of peoples with a diversity of individuals.” I’m glad Wikipedia tells me this is a far right conspiracy theory, otherwise, I might start getting ideas.

Now back to the lawfare being conducted against VDare. Again, the takeaway is white people are bad and must be replaced. The idea that the Great Replacement is happening must be debunked lest people look at the census and see what is happening right before their eyes.

Of course, the Democrats believe that demographics are destiny, the simply call it “Replacement Migration” and not the “Great Replacement”. Just do a search for “Replacement Migration”, I’ll wait. The United Nations believes in replacing whites as we have lower birth rates. They just avoid using any mention of race in order to gaslight the sheeple.

In practical terms, since our enemies on the left believe their cause is so noble, it gives them carte blanche to do whatever they want in order to shut us up. VDare encountered this in good ol’ Colorado Springs, Colorado when it tried to have a conference there. (Colorado Springs, home to the US Air Force Academy and Colorado College). In March of 2017, VDare reserved the Cheyenne Mountain Resort for a conference. However, this was in the wake of the “Unite the Right rally” in Charlottesville, Virginia. The violence there was used as an excuse to shut up the right in general and, in this case, VDare in particular.

The city of Colorado Springs decided that it wouldn’t allow “hate speech” (aka speech liberals hate), and the excuse it gave was to halt any type of security for the event. Mayor John Suthers issued a statement,

“The City of Colorado Springs does not have the authority to restrict freedom of speech, nor to direct private businesses like the Cheyenne Mountain Resort as to which events they may host. That said, I would encourage local businesses to be attentive to the types of events they accept and the groups that they invite to our great city.

The City of Colorado Springs will not provide any support or resources to this event, and does not condone hate speech in any fashion. The City remains steadfast in its commitment to the enforcement of Colorado law, which protects all individuals regardless of race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, physical or mental disability, or sexual orientation to be secure and protected from fear, intimidation, harassment and physical harm.”

So, nudge, nudge, wink, wink “We don’t have the authority to restrict freedom of speech”, but if you do exercise it, the Antifa goons will be on hand to beat the crap out of you and we do not intend to stop them. Now, what VDare was intending to do was an indoor conference at a hotel. This was hardly like the Nazi march in Skokie, Illinois. The Nazis marching in a largely Jewish village was a clear in your face provocation. Yet, the ACLU was there on hand to defend the Nazis right to march. Frankly, I think the ACLU only did so because they knew more counter protesters would be there than Nazis. Plus, the $PLC could fund raise off of it. Now, with VDare’s indoor conference away from anyone (that would likely have Jews in attendance as I think I met Jewish people at every VDare conference I ever attended), the only ones seeking to shut down the conference were hostile outside forces of the Antifa variety.* (They also show up at AmRen conferences).

It appeared that it should have been a slam dunk case in favor of VDare. However, “…protects all individuals regardless of race” does not seem to apply to the white race. In a day and age where merely saying the wimpish “It’s OK, to be white” is regarded as being “racist” (despite race not existing we are told), having a white perspective is not allowed. (I thought it should have been followed up with “White people have a right not to be exterminated” and let the white haters explain how not wanting to die was racist).

VDare sued the city of Colorado Springs and Mayor John Suthers, but lost. Their lawyers thought it was going to be a slam dunk case of freedom of speech. Not so, “Shut up Nazi, don’t you know white people are bad? I know ’cause I read about World War II.” (Sure, a lot of the anit-VDare people are white, but they suffer from white guilt, or, what Gad Saad called “Suicidal Empathy“).

More recently, in 2024, the National Rifle Association won its Supreme Court case against Maria Vullo (Maria was the director of New York State Department of Financial Services). The Supreme Court’s holding:

“The NRA plausibly alleged that respondent violated the First Amendment by coercing regulated entities to terminate their business relationships with the NRA in order to punish or suppress gun-promotion advocacy.”

It was a 9-0 opinion. Incredibly, even Ketanji Brown Jackson went along with the majority opinion and even wrote an assent. However, it was important to her to make a distinction between the NRA case and VDare’s case. See the NRA didn’t claim that New York State was trying to shut down its annual conference. “According to the complaint, Vullo coerced various regulated entities to cut business ties with the National Rifle Association (NRA)” Pg 28 of the case. That sounds pretty much what happened with VDare too. When the city of Colorado Springs wouldn’t offer police protection, Cheyenne Mountain Resort cancelled the event. The coercing a private business to cut free speech. However, she then goes on to say, “NRA does not contend that its (concededly unlawful) insurance products offered through those business relationships
were themselves ‘speech,’ akin to a billboard, a television ad, or a book. Nor does the complaint allege that Vullo pressured the printer of American Rifleman (a longstanding NRA periodical) to stop printing the magazine, or coerced a convention center into canceling the NRA’s annual meeting.” Pg 29 of the pdf of the case.

So, I guess if the NRA had had an annual conference cancelled due to coercion of the State, it would have been OK for the state to do that.

There are those who want VDare to continue to fight Leticia James on her blatant lawfare against VDare. However, it seems that when it comes to advocating for decreased immigration, and the rights of white people, the courts are rigged against us. I asked Grok what percentage of the world population was of white European descent, “Based on available sources, the figure is roughly 8-16%, with most estimates leaning toward the lower end.” Maybe, when white people are at 2% of the population, we will be recognized as actually having rights.

P.S. Despite Lydia Brimelow’s obvious exasperation with the never ending lawfare, VDare is still accepting money and needs it to cover what remaining operation costs remain.

They are very good at the propaganda of calling everything they don’t like “hate” and trying to associate us with the most vulgar in the anti-immigration movement.

*Antifa has its roots in Wiemar Germany and were Communists. Years ago, I read a book called The Manhunter: The Astounding True Story of the U.S. Marshal Who Tracked Down the World’s Most Evil Criminals. I believe it was in that book that author Pascucci said that before he was working as a Marshal, he was a bailiff for the New York City courts. He observed at one point a dispute over a singer and two rival mafia families showed up to court. The two mafia groups were giving each other the stink eye and at that moment Pascucci had an epiphany that most times evil does not fight good, but other evil. So, just because the Nazis were bad does not make the Communists good. Just because Hitler was bad does not make Stalin good. Just because neo-Nazis are bad does not make Antifa good.
