Less than an hour after we learned that Stephanie Grisham had been reassigned to become FLOTUS’ chief of staff, the White House has named her replacement as WH Press Secretary.
McEnany is 31 and a graduate of Harvard Law School. She has been an outspoken defender of the president, promoting Trump’s policies and positions as a guest on network television show prior to she formally joining the Trump re-election campaign.
According to the New York Times, “her hiring is the first major personnel move by the incoming White House chief of staff, former Representative Mark Meadows of North Carolina.”
Alyssa Farah, a top spokesperson at the Departmetn of Defense will also be joining the White House press staff. Farah worked for Vice President Mike Pence at one time. Long time congressional aide to Mark Meadows, Ben Williamson, will also be joining the press communications team as an adviser.
