As a recent Time Magazine article now confirms what many have long suspected,
… participants want the secret history of the 2020 Election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it.

The article is an effort by the “cabal” and Nancy Pelosi’s personal biographer to get ahead of the story and shape the narrative of how the America’s political elite class conspired to subvert the will of the American people and steal the 2020 Election from President Donald J. Trump.
The article makes no mention at all of China and goes out of its way to say the Biden campaign took no part in the scheme in such a way one gets the same “the lady doth protest too much” feeling as when reading Susan Rice’s infamous “By The Book” email.
Though much of this activity took place on the left, it was separate from the Biden campaign and crossed ideological lines …

But does any of that make any sense? There is a massive coordinated effort by the American political elite that is unquestionably beholden to China to “fortify” the election and Biden campaign was not involved? Moreover, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) chose to sit by and not do everything in their power to get their bought and paid for “Big Guy” into the Oval Office and take effective control of the United States government? Highly doubtful.
The Time article lays out an interesting timeline of events that does not seem to jive with the accepted institutional narratives about the 2020 Election. Namely, the mass mailout ballot schemes were used primarily in response to a public health emergency caused by the Wuhan Virus (COVID-19) that originated in China.
So along the lines of notable civil rights attorney Robert Barnes’ ‘Hush Hush‘ series, allow me to propose an alternate hypothesis that might better help explain events from a more conspiratorial prospective.

The question I will explore, “Could the Chinese Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been intentionally released by the CCP as part of the scheme to help rig or ‘fortify’ the 2020 U.S. Election in favor of Joe Biden and oust President Trump?“
The Plan
So if the virus was intentionally released, what evidence exists or what should we look for to determine if it better helps explain events? First, I would look to see if the virus 1) Seamlessly fell in line with an existing strategic plan and 2) Helped achieve many if not all of the major strategic goals of the plan.
The Time article centers around Mike Podhorzer, who they call “The Architect” of this entire “conspiracy” (their words, not ours). Podhorzer, is a senior adviser to the president of the AFL-CIO, an expert in election data analytics, and a top Democratic political strategist.
Podhorzer developed “The Five Steps To Victory”, the first two of which the pandemic would play a critical role in helping to achieve.
In Podhorzer’s presentations, winning the vote was only the first step to winning the election. After that came winning the count …

Another key player (though not named in the article) is Marc Elias of Perkins Coie who is the same attorney also behind the funding and creation of the Steele Dossier in 2016 on behalf of the Clinton campaign. Elias was the key legal driving force behind the Democrats effort to expand mail-in and other forms of voting, and also weaken other election integrity laws to maximize the amount of fraudulent votes that could be cast for Joe Biden.
Experience and past election results show that in order to prevent vote by mail from inadvertently disenfranchising voters, states must adopt four key safeguards:
(1) Postage must be free or prepaid by the government.
(2) Ballots postmarked on or before Election Day must count.
(3) Signature-matching laws need to be reformed to protect voters.
(4) Community organizations must be permitted to help collect and deliver voted, sealed ballots.

One of the details that gets buried deep in the Time article is the date when the “cabal” (again their words, not ours) went into action, October of 2019. The effort to “fortify” the election in favor of Joe Biden by unconstitutionally changing state elections laws and other means was already well underway months before almost anyone in the United States had heard of the Wuhan Virus, Chinese Coronavirus, or COVID-19 and nearly 4 months before nationwide lockdowns were seriously considered.

Let’s be clear, mass mailout voting was not a concept dreamt up by public health officials in the late Winter / early Spring of 2020 in response to the spread of the Chinese Coronavirus.
The Democratic Party has been pushing mass mailout voting combined with ballot harvesting in order to steal elections for a number of cycles. In California, where Democrats have nearly unchecked power and one-party rule, they have used their super majorities to pass mass mailout and balloting harvesting reforms in 2016.
The result? In the 2018 midterm elections, Democrats were able to flip seven California US House seats in the days or weeks after Election Day where Republicans had been leading comfortably in each race at the end of the night.
Mass mailout voting and ballot harvesting were the key to flipping the 2020 Election in favor of Joe Biden all along. This point that was made clear by former Hillary Clinton campaign manager and Bill Clinton Chief of Staff, John Podesta from deliberately leaked details of a Summer 2020 meeting of the George Soros funded Transition Integrity Project. The group met to “war game” different scenarios to oust President Trump after the election, Podesta reportedly emphasized,
[T]he plan is either to produce enough harvested ballots—lawfully or not—to tip close states … The public preparation for that has also already begun: streams of stories and social media posts “explaining” how, while on election night it might look as if Trump won, close states will tip to Biden as all the mail-in ballots are “counted.”

In addition to generating enough votes, the “cabal” also needed to consider how to keep enough mail-in ballots, which are traditionally very problematic, from being rejected to still give Biden the victory.
Their work touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They fended off voter-suppression lawsuits, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time.

COVID-19 gave the Democratic vote-counting machine the perfect excuse to exclude Republican poll watchers from the counting rooms, or place them so far away from the ballots being counted that they did not have meaningful access to observe the count … assuming they did not erect physical barriers to keep them from even being able to do that.
So the Democrats have a plan in place and have been perfecting since Trump’s election in 2016 to steal the 2020 Election using mass mailout voting and ballot harvesting. Suddenly a seemingly tailor-made virus comes spreading out of China requiring stay-at-home orders and social distancing; exactly what the Democrats need to kick their election fraud scheme into hyperdrive. This right at the same time a “cabal” of political elites spanning across industry, the media, Big Tech, and the Democrat-Socialist Left, all beholden to the CCP, is forming a “conspiracy” to “fortify” the U.S. election against President Trump. The virus has the added benefit of forcing Trump to shutdown one of the greatest economies the world had ever seen that had him on a glide path to reelection. The result being the removal of the greatest impediment to China’s goal of becoming the world’s leading superpower and replaced with their bought off, mushmouth avatar as Leader of The Free World … that’s one helluva coincidence.
The Execution
Once again, TWP is not reporting this as fact; merely presenting another hypothesis to see if it might provide a better explanation based on the existing evidence, circumstances, motives, and outcomes of a set of events. We are not aware of any direct evidence that would either prove or disapprove this theory, and none will exist until (and if ever) a full investigation is conducted. But there is circumstantial evidence that could support or potentially refute this narrative.
The first curious piece of evidence is again the timing of Podhorzer’s aforementioned initial newsletter. The Time article claims the entire conspiracy was put into motion October 2019. At the exact same time in mid-October, reports from US Intel and in the mainstream press indicated,
[P]ublicly available cell phone data suggests that roads around the lab in Wuhan was closed in the middle of October … you obviously had thousands and thousands of cell phones pinging towers day in and day out. And then, all of a sudden, it stopped. And it remained stopped for several days. That would suggest, without any further information, that those roads were blocked for some reason … [r]emember, Wuhan is a city that is larger than New York City. So, obviously, its roads are highly trafficked and heavily congested. So to shut down roads around the lab would suggest that they had some good reason to disrupt traffic patterns so severely.

There is another series of events that were just kicking off right around this same time. Rep. Adam Schiff had just launched his Ukraine Impeachment Hoax in the waning days of September 2019. The sham impeachment drama would take up most of the American news cycle and nearly all of the attention of Washington D.C., including that of the President and Congress, well into February 2020.
It especially consumed Chairman Schiff’s own House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI), which was transformed into the “House Impeachment Committee” that put all their work on hold while Schiff himself participated in the Senate trial as a Lead House Impeachment Manager. In fact, Republicans led by Ranking Member Devin Nunes only managed to force HPSCI to hold one hearing on China in all of 2019 which Schiff and the Democrats hijacked to talk about … you guessed it … RUSSIA!!!
The Ukraine Impeachment Hoax never really seemed to make any sense. Adam “I’ve Seen More Than Circumstantial Evidence” Schiff had already been exposed as a bald-faced liar with his Russian Collusion Hoax by the Mueller Special Counsel Report.
The whole case was completely debunked before it ever got going. The whole impeachment was dead on arrival at the Senate and never had any realistic chance of removing Trump from office. Yet Schiff persisted for months on end. All the while, the CCP with the help of their lackeys in the World Health Organization (WHO) were spreading the pandemic across the globe, virtually unnoticed by most.
If this was all the evidence for the theory, it could still easily be chalked up to a remarkable set of coincidences. “The Chinese goofed up, set out to cover up their mistake and not suffer the consequences alone, and everything just happened to work out in their favor.”
But then take into account the more direct evidence, such as the testimony of Chinese virologist and whistleblower Dr. Li-Meng Yan who not only claimed she had proof COVID-19 was manufactured in a Wuhan lab, but also believed through her sources the virus was intentionally released and spread by the CCP.
Dr. Li-Meng Yan: I work[ed] in the WHO reference lab, which is the top coronavirus lab in the world, in the University of Hong Kong. And the thing is I get deeply into such investigation in secret from the early beginning of this outbreak. I had my intelligence because I also get my own unit network in China, involved [in] the hospital … [s]o, together with my experience, I can tell you, this is created in the lab … and also, it is spread to the world to make such damage.
Tucker Carlson: To make such damage. Do you believe the Chinese government released this intentionally, on purpose? Did they do this?
Dr. Li-Meng Yan: Yes, of course, it’s intentionally

I remember watching this interview in real-time and thinking to myself, “That doesn’t make any sense. If the Chinese government was going to release a virus intentionally, why would they do so on their own soil? Why not fly the virus to someplace like Brazil on the other side of the world and release it there?” This would seem to contradict the theory of an intentional release.
However there is one possible explanation, the CCP wanted to make it look like a cover-up of an accidental release and worse than it really was. As soon as the Chinese government placed Wuhan under lockdown, viral videos of people collapsing in the streets started to spread across the internet, presumably from the virus.
Is it possible China released this virus on their own soil knowing it would cause a global pandemic and help to “fortify” the U.S. election, and if so, why?
Ever since Wuhan went into lockdown, the CCP has engaged in a coordinated disinformation campaign using social media bots and other tactics to hype up the seriousness of the virus, cause worldwide panic and hysteria, promote the CCP’s draconian measures to control the virus, spread false information about the best methods to treat the virus seemingly with the intent to maximize the number of deaths, and to attack critics who advocated for any response to the virus other than drastic lockdown measures.
If they had initially released the virus outside their borders, then it theoretically could have been identified, isolated, and contained by local authorities. If they seeded it in multiple localities, then it would have been obvious it was deliberately spread. As Dr. Yan points out, the genome sequencing can be identified as manufactured and potentially traced back to the Wuhan Bio-Labs, so the best way to cover up a deliberate release would be to stage an accidental release local to the Wuhan Labs and then stage a pretend cover-up of “the accident” under the premise of avoiding embarrassment to the regime.
The CCP had to know if they were setting off a global pandemic, then China would eventually be impacted given how highly infectious the virus had been designed to be. So they might as well suffer through the impacts of the pandemic early and be the first to emerge to press their advantage while the rest of the world continued to grapple with the fallout from the virus.
The CCP also locked down internal travel, but pushed international travel in and out of China, including Wuhan, all the way until the end of March 2020. They were then able to use their bootlickers in the WHO to run cover for months in order to spread the virus far and wide, with millions of potentially infected individuals flying out of Wuhan, Hubei Province, and elsewhere in China, to every corner of the globe until containment was no longer possible.
At the same time, the official position of the Chinese government and the WHO was the Wuhan Virus is under control and there is no human to human transmission, the fabricated videos of people collapsing in the streets of Wuhan were banned in China, but going viral across the internet. Likewise, pictures of Chinese doctors, blowing the whistle and desperately trying to warn the world of the coming pandemic as they lay dying on ventilators were also going viral.
The CCP then sets off on a year-long disinformation campaign to generate maximum panic and hysteria, and inflict as much economic damage and human suffering as possible. The Democrats have a preplanned conspiracy to “fortify” the 2020 U.S. Election with mass absentee balloting and “winning the count”, and like manna from Heaven, this virus falls out of the sky right when needed the most to take out Trump and put in “China” Joe Biden. How convenient.
The Benefit
The last aspect to look at when trying to identify a conspiracy is “Who benefited and how?” The easy answer is “The Democrats and Woke Leftists”, but to want extent? Sure individuals like Joe Biden and his family have benefited, and other individual Democrats. But the 2020 Elections were largely a disaster for both the Democratic Party and Progressive ideology.
The Democrats now have control of both houses of Congress, but only by razor-thin majorities. The conservative backlash to the 2020 Elections will likely swing both houses to the Republicans with large majorities in the 2022 midterm elections, and the Senate could flip sooner than that with the passing of just one elderly senator. Joe Biden is the weakest, most feckless chief executive in American history with over 47% of the country believing election fraud likely contributed to his victory. The Biden Administration will throw some platitudes to the Progressives Left, but they are unlikely to see the Green New Deal Woketopia they envisioned. Other groups like union workers are already waking up to the fact all they accomplished was handing control of their party over to the Neoliberal wing that prioritizes corporate interests and foreign interventions above all else.
The real winner is China, and specifically the Communist Chinese Party. Aside from the obvious of having a man who was literally going into business with the CCP while he was still Vice President of the United States, the Biden Administration will be staffed with pro-China political appointees and incompetents like Susan Rice who, when questioned about conversations she had had with her successor as National Security Advisor (NSA), Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (Ret.) during the 2017 transition period related to Russia and China, offered up this nugget of brilliance:
It is bad enough there is a senile geriatric who is beholden to China in possession of the nuclear football and controlled by pro-CCP apparatchiks, but it should also be noted San Francisco liberal Kamala Harris is waiting in the wings as Vice President to takeover in the high likelihood Biden is unable to serve out his full four year term. So why is this an issue?
As revealed in the latter days of the Trump Administration by DNI John Ratcliffe, there appears to be a Chinese spy ring that has been operating for decades and mainly based in the San Francisco Bay Area and nearby Silicon Valley. The spy ring has worked to identify and cultivate U.S. politicians and executives to infiltrate and gain influence over the U.S. political class on behalf of the CCP.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein, a former Mayor of San Francisco herself, and her husband, Richard Blum, have become fabulously wealthy through their business dealings in China. Feinstein has sat on the Senate Intelligence Committee since 2001 and has been the Democratic Chair/Vice Chair since 2015. Back in 2013, the FBI informed Feinstein she had employed a suspected Chinese spy named Russell Lowe as her personal driver and office director for almost two decades. When Feinstein was made aware, the staffer was ‘forced to retire’ (presumably now still collecting a pension from U.S. taxpayers), and as far as anyone knows, no serious investigation has ever been conducted and no charges were ever brought against Lowe for his alleged spying activities. The story was not even reported in the media until 2018, five years after the fact.
The Chinese spy ring story really caught fire recently when it was revealed San Francisco Bay Area Congressman and former presidential candidate Eric Swalwell was involved for years in an inappropriate relationship with a Chinese spy. ‘Christine’ Fang Fang befriended Swalwell in 2011 when he was still a Bay Area city councilman under the auspices of being a member of an Asian-American student organization.
Fang became a bundler for Swalwell and other Bay Area candidates and helped get him elected late the very next year as the youngest member of Congress. Swalwell was immediately named to the House Committee on House Security. In just his second term, Swalwell was assigned to the House Intel Committee and was subsequently added to Rep. Jerry Nadler’s House Judiciary Committee. Fellow San Francisco area member of Congress, Speaker Nancy Pelosi (who has also become very rich through her family’s business dealings in China), refused to strip Swalwell of his sensitive committee assignments after it became apparent he was compromised by Chinese Intelligence, and no good explanation has ever been given about how such a young, junior member of Congress was able to land such prestigious committee assignments so quickly.
It appears the CCP has near complete control of Bay Area Democratic politics and as a recent Politico article highlights, San Francisco is quickly becoming the epicenter of power in American national politics. Nobody such as Kamala Harris is going to rise to power through the San Francisco political machine over the course of the last few decades to become a U.S. Senator and eventually Vice President of the United States unless she is firmly under the control of the CCP.
In addition to the spy ring being run out of the Chinese consulate in San Francisco, there unsurprisingly appears to be a second major spy ring operating out of the consulate in New York City which has targeted New York politicians like Sen. Chuck Schumer and Gov. Andrew Cuomo. This would help explain Cuomo’s bizarre behavior during the pandemic crisis when he kept insisting on using the term “European Virus” and deflect any blame away from China.
The CCP has even managed to compromise Republican leadership such as Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell. So China now has complete control of the presidency, both houses of Congress, and the two most powerful governorships in the country. Whether by design or not, the 2020 election results means the CCP has effectively overthrown the U.S. government.

The institutional narrative is the virus was an accidental leak from a bio-research lab in Wuhan, and just happened to be the most fortuitous and serendipitous blunder of all time. But let’s rewind the clock to October 2019 and remember where we were. The United States had a roaring economy while the Chinese economy was facing serious headwinds due to the pressure put on by a trade war with the U.S. and punishing tariffs. Trump’s America First policies was rebuilding the American manufacturing base at the expense of China, had achieved energy independence, and record low unemployment across all demographics. Trump was seemingly cruising to an easy reelection bid in 2020 and putting China’s dream of becoming the world’s leading superpower in serious jeopardy.
Fast forward to today. President Donald Trump is out. The CCP has near complete control of America’s political structure. The Biden Administration will quickly undo all the work the Trump Administration did to reign in the Chinese government. Biden will also work with Congress to enact trade policies, environmental regulations, energy policies, and immigration actions to once again cripple America’s manufacturing base and crush the American middle and working classes, all to the benefit of China. The CCP will also resume their industrial, research, and technology espionage efforts to steal hundreds of billions in intellectual property with no fear of retaliation that will put China back on the path to being the unquestioned top superpower in the world within the next few decades.
All as if it was planned out exactly that way … because maybe it was.
